With over 10 years of experience as a massage therapist, my specialty is deep tissue massage, a technique I've had the pleasure of perfecting in wellness settings like the Ra Beach Hotel & Spa and Hotel MiM. What began as a fascination with feet has blossomed into my specialization as a reflexologist. My curiosity and desire to offer holistic care drive me to constantly learn; my latest discoveries are Bok-Bu massage and visceral osteopathy, two fascinating disciplines for addressing abdominal issues and improving overall well-being. I have also developed my skills in structural osteopathy and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.

I have chronic lower back pain and now also osteoarthritis in my hip—well, perhaps I should say throughout my entire body, because every area I touched hurt.
